Do the YOUCOOK dishes contain mono- and diglycerides?

We use mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids as emulsifiers. This means that they help to make our sauce nice and creamy and delicious. Everything is also made from plants. The basis of our fatty acids is rapeseed oil.
